Corporate Yoga

Learn simple and effective tools to practice at any time to enhance focus, clarity and to ultimately achieve mind body balance. Each class is designed specifically to improve posture, relieve aches and pains especially at the head, neck and back and to instil a sense of peace and tranquillity.

How Does it Work?

We come to your workplace on a weekly basis; you provide the classroom space and we’ll take care of the rest! Learn simple and effective tools to practice at any time to enhance focus, clarity and to ultimately achieve mind body balance. Each class is designed specifically to improve posture, relieve aches and pains especially at the head, neck and back and to instil a sense of overall peace and tranquillity.

Our Service 

  • We deliver workplace classes that are customised to best fit the needs of your company and employees.

  • Our classes are suitable for all ages, abilities and levels. 

  • In each class you can expect to practice breathwork, gentle yoga poses, mindfulness meditation techniques and yoga nidra. 

  • We provide the necessary yoga props such as blocks, straps and mats.

Personal Training

Exercise should be something we look forward to. In celebration for our unique physical body its important to learn how we should be training, in order to get the most out of our time and energy. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals.

Beginners Private Yoga Package (5 sessions) - $340

Beginners Semi Private Yoga Package (5 sessions - up to 3 people) - $400

Therapeutic Yoga Private Package (3 sessions) - $210
