“I have tried various yoga styles and had classes from various teachers and Lauren’s yoga teaching style is perfect. Her soft, slow voice and the constant reminder that this is our practice and only ours was simply brilliant. The studio had a lovely, calming feel to it too. What a beautiful house, garden, view and yoga studio! Second to none. The retreat went beyond my expectations. Having never been to a yoga retreat before I didn’t know quite what to expect and was slightly worried I may feel out of place with young, toned yogis who can perfect every posture. To my delight, there was none of that, everyone was different and so friendly and non-judgemental and the yoga practice was about us as individuals. Sharing a delicious dinner with strangers was something I don’t often do either but was really enlightening. A perfect retreat!” -Jenny

She is attentive of the students and makes gentle suggestions and adjustments throughout each session. “Love the food was fulfilling and healthy option! Enjoyed the different tastes of each dish, would so recommend the food to others, I even went and brought the recipe book revive food. Was (yoga) so calming and enjoyable for me, love trying new types of yoga. I have never done Hatha or Yin before, would love to carry on with these classes.
